Oh Valentine’s Day…
Am I fan of being “forced” into being romantic?…No.
But for me, that’s not what Valentine’s Day is all about. For me, it’s about stopping for a moment and spending time with each other. Forgetting about everything else and everyone else and focusing on what really matters. Focusing on why you are with this person and why they make you feel all goosebumpy. (yes, that is a term).
This year it was sweet, special, romantic, simple and memorable.
We ended the day with the most perfect French dinner at Provence in Carrboro, NC. Precious restaurant, amazing food and wonderful conversation. It’s a memory that I won’t forget. Our first Valentine’s Day.
