Cartwheels In The Rain
Thank you for the advice! We decided to wait until the doctors office opened and they wanted us to skip her next feeding and give her pedialyte instead. She doesn’t have a fever…so they just wanted to be sure that she was getting her electrolytes. Lots of wet diapers…and thats what we were looking for!
Having a baby projectile vomit 3 times in less than 24 hours is enough to give me a heart attack.
She is eating great now so I am hoping no more vomiting for the rest of the day!

Maddie has vomited twice yesterday….we think she got overheated. But afterwards, she was eating and sleeping like normal.
She vomited again this morning. Pediatrician isnt open until 10am. Should we wait for them to open or go to the ER? Im worried about her being dehydrated.
She is 6 weeks old btw.

Things that drive me crazy….
If you ask me how I am feeling or if anything is wrong and if there is anything that you can do to help….and I tell you both..
Do not tell me that there is no reason for me to feel a certain way.
Do not tell me there is nothing you can do….especially when I give you very specific things that you can do to help.
Yesterday she was all about napping and I didn’t have much to do.
Today, I’ve a list of things that I would love to accomplish…and she wants to snuggle with me constantly.
Then she decides to look at me and smile and laughs her first big laugh.
…..so….it is worth it all.
Thank you!!! It was a great day. Brian took the baby for the majority of the afternoon and I was able to shop for some new summer clothes, get a mani/pedi and chill for a few hours. Ive got a massage gift certificate to use in the future too. Of course, a few hours into her being away from me….I already missed her. :-)
